Come, come today,

Come as quick as you can,

Even if you’re a bit late,

Try and make it anyway.

You’re swell,

You can bring your guitar as well,

Since you strum so well when you come.

Welcome to my humble home,

Take off your shoes,

Make yourself at home.

Welcome news,

That you will come,

To take away these blues,

You wish so well,

I’m wishing in my wishing well,

That you will come as well.

If you’re well behaved,

You can come,

To make sure that we are all saved,

No matter where you come from,

Just come.

Even if all’s not well, come,

You’re well – to -do, well off, I hear,

So come, come, just come here (repeat to fade).
