Judged Just For Who I Am

Please don’t judge me,

But if ya’ gonna judge me,

Please just judge me justly,

Just judge me for me.

I’m gonna stay wherever I wanna be,

Just wanna be here, not budged at all, just me,

Not nudged at all, just me,

Not begrudged at all, just me.

Who am I if I cannot just be me ?

I may not be much to look at,

Despite being out of shape, d’ya really give a damn ?

If you need real friendship, not a sham,

Someone to help you out, here I am !

Large or small, thick or thin,

Not at all about the colour of our skin,

Whether you’re a woman or a man,

Whether you cannot or you can.

With no – one better than another,

In a free world, we all love each other,

Rich or poor,

Every weakness and every strength,

Everyone wonders only at the world’s wonder,

And is no longer puzzled at length.

It no longer matter what the rest of the world thinks about

me.

With you by my side, at last I’m free to be who I wanna

be … (repeat to fade).
