So many people, yet individual faces,

So many locations, yet far apart places,

So many empty spaces, yet so many cases,

So many misunderstandings, yet so many graces.

So many trees, yet just one wood,

So much wickedness, yet just one God who’s good,

So many clouds, yet just one sky,

So many birds, yet one flock passes by.

Chorus

A world so different, yet the same,

Different players, yet one game.

The Lord works in mysterious ways,

From out of the darkness, come brighter, better days.

It may seem that you’re just one,

But together, we’ll all be as one.

So many languages, yet just one meaning,

So many fresh starts, yet just one beginning,

So many pupils, yet just one school,

So much stupidity, yet just one fool.

So many words, yet just one song,

So many homeless, yet one home to belong,

So many associates, yet just one friend,

So many near misses, yet just one end.

Chorus

So many questions, to reason why, yet only answer, to explain with no

lie (repeat to fade)
